We do not work with insurance companies. Your provider may recommend a medication that may be covered by your insurance, however, we cannot guarantee that this request can be fulfilled.

1.Compounded Pharmacy Option – Pay for your vial based on your dose with each refill.
Compounded FDA approved and regulated, NON-research-based pharmacy vendors
Injectable GLP-1 $ 185 – $285 per refill
GLP-1/GIP $ 285-480 per refill
– Compounded with a choice of NAD, niacinamide (B3), niacinamide + pyridoxine, glutamine, travasol (amino acid), methionine, leucine, pyridoxine (B6), L-carnitine.
2.CASH Pay Option: Lily Direct or Norvo Nordisk *commercial insurance (Medicaid, Medicare, and TriCare excluded – per pharmaceutical manufacture terms*
MONTHLY medication refills will incur a $75 (*CASH PAY*) professional fee

3. Prescription Eligibility & Access IF your medical history includes FDA approved diagnoses for GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications. Please be aware that approval for insurance-covered prescriptions is not guaranteed. However, our provider will advocate on your behalf with one prior authorization attempt to your insurance provider to help facilitate access. This service is included as part of your initial $100 consultation fee.
MONTHLY medication refills will incur a $75 (*CASH PAY*) professional fee *commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and TriCare is not accepted nor eligible for reimbursement.
4. Non injectables $180 (one medication) – $220 (2 medications) / monthly
